He wrote a strong article, using the framework of the mentor/mentee relationship to show how the psychological emphasis to believe in yourself pales in comparison to the Christlike emphasis of God’s grace and transformation to make us into what He means for us to be.

I think he has a really strong voice, he just doesn't put himself out there.
